Subscription Policy – VIBES CLUB
VIBES CLUB is a recurring subscription program offered by VIBES Beverages. By enrolling, customers agree to receive recurring shipments of selected products based on their chosen delivery frequency.
Subscriptions remain active until canceled by the customer.
Billing & Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on your chosen delivery schedule (e.g., every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).
Charges may include:
- Selected products
- Applicable discounts
- Shipping and taxes (where applicable)
All pricing is displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Renewal Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless paused or canceled before the next order is processed.
Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings in their account portal.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- No cancellation fees apply.
Pausing, Skipping & Modifications
Customers may:
- Pause subscriptions
- Skip upcoming shipments
- Modify delivery frequency
- Update product selections (where applicable)
All changes must be made before the stated order cutoff date.
Discounts & Promotions
Subscription discounts:
- Apply only while subscription is active
- Do not apply retroactively
- May be modified or discontinued at any time
Promotions cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
Product Availability
Subscription items, flavors, and promotional products may vary based on availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may occur when necessary.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled according to the selected subscription schedule. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or external factors.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information.
Refund Policy
Completed or shipped orders are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by customer support on a case-by-case basis.
Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate billing and shipping details
- Keeping payment methods up to date
- Managing their subscription settings
Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed or failed shipments.
Program Changes
VIBES CLUB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the subscription program at any time, including pricing, benefits, and product offerings.
Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBES Beverages is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Carrier-related issues
- Temporary product unavailability
